- All Products are in Stock in Raw form, we finish each product AFTER the order is placed. Hence we need the time.
- If you want to expedite the order there is a choice in the shopping cart, it will move the order up the chain, BUT we will still need time to finish, assemble, and ship the order. The time will depend on the size of the order. Best is to plan ahead.
- We do offer Designer Discounts.
- We do not accept returns (see detailed policy) as we have to finish the product and there is a cost of human labor, finishing, and shipping for each product. Hope you understand and ask questions (if any) prior to buying.
- We do not take orders over the phone, for reasons of accuracy, and compliance, we require that you check out online. We can assist in working with your shopping cart to customize it as needed.
- We can custom make most of our products to any size (within reason). Please email us with the SKU number and link to the product you want to customize and we will give you a price and expected ship date.
